🗓 Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
✅ Conditions for Return

Be unused and in original condition
Have all original packaging and tags
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

🚚 Return Shipping
United States: Return shipping is free for most orders. A prepaid label will be provided once your request is approved.
Canada: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if charged) are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges for size, color, or variant are accepted based on availability. The process is similar to a return and may require placing a new order once the return is received.
